Lloyd Watson On New Album(September 25, 2008)Fans of Lloyd Watson may be interested to know that Sony BMG have released an album by renowned blues guitarist Top Topham featuring four tracks performed by Lloyd (two of which were written by Lloyd, one which he wrote with Top, and the remaining track written by Leslie Johnson and Jerry West and originally recorded by Lazy Lester). The tracks were recorded for Blue Horizon at the CBS studios in London's New Bond Street during May 1969 and were produced by the late Duster Bennett. The album is called "Top Topham - The Complete Blue Horizon Sessions" and is available now under Sony BMG/Columbia number 88697359082. The tracks are: "Heart Of Stone" - Lloyd Watson "You Gonna Ruin Me Baby" - Leslie Johnson and Jerry West "Long And Lonely Year" - Lloyd Watson and Top Topham "Anything For You" - Lloyd Watson This is a great opportunity for Lloyd's followers to hear his early work.
